Hygiene Protection – courses
These proven hygiene standards serve to protect both the course participants and the instructor.
Most of the listed measures are part of Sawah’s standard hygiene practices and are, of course, consistently applied even outside of a pandemic.
STUDIO
- The studio covers 60 m2 with a ceiling height of 3.2 m
- Max. 6 participants and 1 teacher
- Continuous room air disinfection by electric diffuser with essential oils
- Regular disinfection of surfaces and door handles
- Regular ventilation of the training room
- Sterilium and masks are available
- Toilet/lavabo with Soap and disposable tissues are available
- Studio door is open on arrival
- Each participant is provided with personal towels for practical exercixes
- Coloured laundry is washed at 60 °C, white laundry at 90 °C
- Drinking glasses are for each participant colour-coded
- Snacks are provided in bite-sized portions
PARTICIPANTS / Teacher
- Keeping a distance of at least 1.5 m during meetings
- Wearing a hygiene mask during the practical exercises
- Compulsory hand washing and hand disinfection
- Hands are thoroughly cleaned with soap and sterilium before and after each practice session
- No direct body contact, treatment on clothed body
- A cloth (Japanese Tenugui) is used for the head area, hands and feet
- Teaching and practising only in absolutely healthy condition
General
- Rejection of students with flu symptoms
HYGIENE PROTECTION
- Continuous disinfection of indoor air
- Regular disinfection of surfaces
- Regular changing of laundry
- Treatment only in a healthy condition
